Tansini






The Italian moped Tansinis name were used for the first racebikes by the duo of Jan Thiel and
Martin Mijwaart. Two were made, and Jan and Martin kept themselves busy modifying and
racing the Tansinis during 1964.
The shed - where Jan Thiel and Martin Mijwaart, and later Poul Lodewijkxs, fabricated 50cc racebikes. At first Tansinis, later renamed to Jamathi.
The first Tansini - piston ported, low exhaust. The first Tansinis had engines build of: Royal Nord crankcases, Kreidler barrel, but 6-speed transmission and the rest is homemade.
